Removal of a tooth and a denture

I was disappointed that I only received a top denture when I thought I was getting a top and bottom set for the money I paid and that the dentist said she would fill all the gaps
Maybe it was me but I have a few gaps at the bottom so I thought that I would also get a bottom set

Emergency treatment, awful

My front crown broke in half, phoned up to be told to come in Monday morning at 8am, no dentist could see me, phoned 8am Thursday to be cut off, phoned at 9 30 am, said I can see dentist at 12 30pm
To be told nearest appointment is the 4th September. Would they like to walk around with a gap in their front tooth? Awful treatment

Checkup

Dentist was excellent as usual. Puts me ease and explains everything.
I was not impressed by receptionist who asked me for £75 without explaining why. I asked if the £75 was for the check up. Receptionist stated it was £75 to be paid but not able to give explanation of cost. I was made to feel awkward about asking for explanation. Another team member gave me a verbal breakdown of cost and said I had to make the payment on the spot before another appointment could be made.
The whole exchange was very awkward for me and would not have happened if the initial approach had been an explanation of the costs and total.

Bridge and crown replacement

I've had a superb experience with this practice. Had my permanent bridge and crown replacement a week ago by Tudor and I am extremely pleased with the result. Highly recommended.

Really excellent dental appointment. The dentist, who was new, explained everything about my teeth and offered advice to prevent problems. The previous dentist never spoke to me apart from 'any problems' and 'see you again in 9 months'. This new dentist was so friendly and so helpful, it motivates you to improve dental hygiene.

Routine appointment & fillings

Appointments are almost always running on time, I rarely have to wait very long which is great.
Diego is the most friendly dentist I have ever had. He instantly puts me at ease and is informative about what he is doing and any advice & recommendations. I recently had an appointment for several fillings and he made this a positive experience for me.
