Very welcoming, listened to any concerns and works with you to sort appointment slots. Happy team that are very professional.

Have been great most of the time but when it has come to my son who has a.d.h.d and p.d.a and can suffer with extreme anxiety and panic attacks and some it can be so bad I can not get him to leave the house, sometime causing us to miss appointments. Some understanding in the condition that some patients have to live with day to day would be great rather then threats to remove that person from your books!

Having recently moved to the area I couldn't have wished for a more friendly. welcoming surgery that Parkway Dentalcare. The waiting area is bright, light, very clean and welcoming. All staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have always been a nervy patient but Harry - my dentist - put me at ease straight away.

Lovely dentist, great service, very polite, clean and tidy.

All I need to say is that my wife and I travel 40 miles each way in order to continue seeing Harry Ball at this practice.

You would be hard-pressed to find a better dentist. I cannot recommend Parkway highly enough because the staff, the professional and individual service they afford their patients and the treatment and the care you receive are exemplary.

They're a wonderful, friendly, professional bunch of people and an example to many others.

Had this practice for years, always good, friendly and efficient

I have been with the practice for nearly a year and have now signed my whole family up. We all see Harry ,who is fantastic with myself who is admittedly a nervous patient and with my four year old daughter who is still getting used to the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Harry and his colleagues made my son feel very welcome and at ease, and were very patient with his 3 yr old sister who had to attend with us.

Showed interest to my son who'd just lost his 1st tooth by chance the same day as his appointment - and even reception staff had embraced his excitement and made him feel they too were sharing his big moment.
The examination of my son's teeth seemed to be professional, provided clear explanation/instructions to my son helping him go through the experience at ease.

While I had my routine exam the whole team were brilliant at just getting on with it efficiently whilst being very patient with my young children, helping to distract my youngest and involving my son in looking at my teeth - without a local support network I'm unable to attend appointments without my children and this experience was very professional and put me at ease while feeling like the important checks were being made despite the energy & chatter my little ones brought to the room.

A big and much more local dental practice opened near us recently and took on a lot of new clients but I'm delighted we didn't leave Parkway. Thank you!

Excellent service as always

I love going to see my hygienist. She is very thorough. And patient with helping me to keep my teeth healthy. She is friendly. Sounds silly but I never new how to clean my teeth and gums until I came and saw her. I am 54 and I really want to keep my teeth nice for as long as I can. It's worth every penny. Thank you. From a very happy customer.

As always I was seen on time. Mr Cottrell explained the procedure well which put me at ease. The receptionist staff were polite and friendly. A lovely dental practice.

A first class service

Had several dentist over the years and to be honest I haven't got the greatest teeth in the world , do great appointment times and always very pleased with the service I received

Well I decided not to have any numbing jabs.. mistake. But the dentist was great, talking to me and letting me know it was nearly done etc etc.. quick and well worth the money. Will be going back here from now on for further treatments as and when needed.

Friendly staff made me feel relaxed and calm. Clean and well presented surroundings. Pleasant experience.

Have been very pleased with general dental services. The hygienist subjected me to a deep scaling treatment which was sore for weeks and left my teeth loose. I believe aggravated the problem that was meant to be treat.

Todays visit went very good, my doctor and his nurse are brilliant. I am terrible, scared of dentists and I always will be but them two always calm me down on the visit.
