I would recommend my dental practice unreservedly. My dentist ensures I understand the dental procedures, demonstrates high professional skills and puts me at my ease and his receptionists and dental nurses are friendly and efficient.

I've been going to this practice for maybe 20+ years. Starting with Dr Cottrell and moving to Dr Blackman. Only major comment is that the CRM system does no't seem to be synced well with the booking system. I booked my appointment for today 9 months ago (I got the print out too). Leading up to my appointment I received direct mail reminding me I'm due an appointment. But Friday 9th June I get a text reminder for my appointment today. It's a little confusing and inconsistent. - that's the marketer in me!! Hope it helps!

Your Appointment At Parkway Dental
Very good but I was not too sure about the purpose of the X-rays, the result turned out to be negative, which is good. Would have liked a more thorough clean using the equipment, as I normally get at checkups. But other than that I am very happy with the checkup.

Good morning, thank you for your feedback. We like to advise that all patients come back for routine check-ups. In this time when needed we will carry out an x-ray to identify decay between teeth. And to ensure bone is not being lost between teeth at a rapid rate, in which a very low dose of radiation is used.
