This was my first appointment and I was most Impressed by the cleanliness and bright colours of the surgery. Very pleased to be able to get an evening appointment outside of office hours. Mr Blackman was very friendly, happy and efficient. He explained everything and reassured me about my teeth and how to continue to look after them. Very happy first visit. I saw Lloyd at short notice with a problem. Was seen the same day I phoned. Great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Lloyd took xrays and explained what was wrong. Have been booked in for next week for treatment. Fantastic as I wanted to get it sorted before my holiday. Thanks to everyone.

Replace crown
I received treatment to replace an ill fitting crown. The treatment l received was excellent, no discomfort during the preparation for the fitting of the temporary crown and a perfect finished permanent crown.
I was due to go abroad for three months and the surgery managed to make me the appointments within a two week period so l was delighted that they made this possible.

How I felt at Parkway Dentalcare
I was quite nervous arriving at above dentist, but should not have been. From my lovely dental nurse to my dentist Harry also the receptionists all made me feel welcome, and so pleased that Harry will be my only dentist instead of a different one each time.

My dentist, Harry, is very professional and give me lots of advice such as: "you don't need to brush all your teeth, only the one which you want to keep" .If there is needed any improvements in this dental practice, in my opinion should bring more dentists like Harry.

I used to be very nervous going to the dentist and used to shake with worry, but not now. The receptionists are always friendly and smiling and always re member who I am. I have been going to Parkway for as long as I can remember even in the old establishment. Then I started a family and they both went there. There both older now and have moved and still they go there! No complaints from any of us.
