Parkway make a visit to dentist much more bearable!
As usual the whole experience at Parkway was brilliant. Everyone is very professional, courteous and polite.. I can't fault anything or anyone at Parkway. Excellent dental surgery.

Fantastic Service
When I arrived for my appointment, the staff were very efficient and I didn't even have to wait to see the dentist. My dentist was very friendly and explained what treatment I needed. Thank you for making me feel at ease.

Very reassuring and pleasant
Although it was only a check up (I need 1 filling) I had previously discussed the possibility of having new dentures. After an x ray, Mr Cottrell explained more discussions would take place at my next appointment. As usual he was very reassuring and pleasant.

Excellent service every time
I have been with Parkway Dentalcare for over 20 years and to this day I have never had a problem. Mr Cottrell is the kindest caring dentist I have ever known he goes out his way to make sure you are tended to and relaxed. I have recommended him to neighbours friends and family, excellent service every time .

Today's treatment I received.
Assistant to Dentist usage of equipment to remove debris during procedure,has to be a lot more gentle rather than stabbing and scratching about in and round the mouth.
A course in hand eye coordination definitely is needed to improve and reflects on overall experience whilst within the Dentist room.

A thouroughly person centred practice
Having just transferred from a dentist who did not talk to me and who made me feel like a 2nd class citizen for being NHS, this practice is at the opposite end of the spectrum. Everyone I've met (including 2 dentists), the dental nurses and the receptionists have been friendly, welcoming, educative and most importantly 'talk to me' about my teeth. The setting is relaxed, calm and inviting, somewhere I find enjoyable to sit and wait. I can't believe my luck in finding this practice. Thank-you!
