Appointment was 12.15, arrived at 12.05, not called until 12.55. Two other people also queried if they had been booked in as they had waited nearly an hour. Once called, I was only with the dentist for 5 minutes.

Went in for check up today. Seemed to be really busy and people going in late to appointments mine included. I waited about 25 minutes over my appointment time, but check was fine… in and out in 10 minutes.

Great planning more natural teeth
Hanna Grzelczak took her time to go through the next 4 months of planning and treatment with me. Plus her dental nurse made sure my future appointments were all booked for the correct amount of time and in the order as stated by Hanna.
This did mean her next appointment was late being treated and they apologised to the person in question.
I have only given 1 star for how satisfied I am with the outcome of my treatment, as I hasn’t started yet.
Also some of the future treatment will be paid privately as it is not available on the NHS.

Hygienist too busy with admin tasks
Went for a hygienist appointment in the room to the left of the entrance doors when walking in. The hygienist wasn't attentive, kept stabbing my gums while she was looking at the computer screen talking to her assistant about some women. It was a terrible experience... and a waste of money. Other dental and receptionist staff at Parkway have always been great, been coming here for years. Disappointed in the hygienist.
