Smiling faces all round

Always good walking in to see several smiling faces in the reception area and then the same in the Hygienist. I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and my treatment was top class if a little painful. All in all very satisfied, thanks

Emergency Appointment

I am a new patient and phoned suffering toothache before my new patient appointment asking for help - I was not sure what to expect but was in a pain so had nothing to loose. Zowie on reception searched for a same day appointment and Harry and the team could not have been more welcoming. I am a nervous patient but he and the team listened and ensured I was informed all the way through the appointment of what was happening. Pain relief was brilliant and the service end to end great - thank you guys.

Staff always friendly and efficient. Mr Cotterill always makes us feel relaxed, is kind and knowledgeable and never hurries our questions. My children, twins now 13 feel happy to visit Mr Cotterill and as teeth are a very "in" topic at their age are happy to ask him questions as they feel relaxed with him which I am grateful for.

Amazing treatment had 3 fillings and 1 extraction no pain felt and everything was explained as they went and that gave me confidence to relax , both the dentist and his assistant were excellent.

Visit to hygienist

Excellent care. I came to see Robin the hygienist today and as always she was very thorough in checking out my teeth and giving me advice to maintain my dental hygiene. I had existing problems with my gums when I first came to the practice and she has always given me excellent advice and support to help me manage the situation and together this seems to be working so far.

Efficient service

Efficient service at reception desk. Friendly staff. Ease of payment and rebooking appointment. My dentist listens to my concerns and explains things clearly. Pleasant surroundings, plenty of information displayed. Parking is usually ok although car park can be crowded. As a disabled person I find the premises suitable for my needs.
