Parkway Dentalcare is fantastic

Parkway Dentalcare is fantastic the staff are friendly and welcoming and Mr. Cotterell is a fantastic man and has the patience of a saint. I have a daughter with special needs who is extremely anxious about the dentist but he always calms her and does a fantastic job. I have been here 20 years and don't know what I'll do when he retires.

First appointment - First impressions

I found the reception staff to be polite and helpful. . The dentist saw myself and my daughter for our first check up and was pleasant and very informative. I left feeling confident that at last I'd found a dentist I could trust !

A recent filling

Despite being totally terrified of having a filling done (have never had one and visits to the dentist terrify me usually anyway), Lloyd was brilliant and put my mind at rest. I'm sure he found it hilarious really but he never gave that impression and the filing was done really quickly and painlessly too! Thank you!

Every treatment I've had to date has been great and the staff are all brilliant. Robyn puts up with me every single time I visit her too as even trips to see her are traumatic (not because of any thing she does, but purely down to my terror at the thought of getting in a dentist chair!) Thank you everyone!

First visit

First visit today, very nervous as front tooth snapped off! From booking in to being seen every body was so kind.

The practice has got a lovely friendly atmosphere and so that makes you relax. I can't say I'm looking forward to the next appointment but that's because I'm a bit of a wimp where dentists are concerned.

Bright, fresh and friendly

I have been visiting this practice for a number of years now and have watched the practice build and establish and grow from strength to strength. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and adhere to everyone's needs. Whilst waiting for my appointment I listened to how the receptionists deal with patients both in person and on the phone, juggling appointments to try and help everyone. It really is a superb surgery.

The best dental surgery I have been to

As a very nervous patient, I dread coming to the dentist and dread having any treatment done.

However I needn't have worried from the moment I went into the consultation room I was put at ease and was constantly reassured throughout the treatment and was taken through it step by step. I was taken great care of and it had left me not so nervous for the next time.

Appointment at Parkway Dental

I have been with your practice for many years and now my own young family use your practice. I'm a nervous person when at the dentist and your staff have always put me at ease while in the dentist chair. Your staff are always friendly and helpful. My son feels comfortable coming to the dentist. I highly recommended your practice to anyone, and that's why I'm happy to travel from Southsea to visit your practice.
