Tooth extraction
Had an emergency appointment on Tuesday with Harry Ball as had bad toothache! He prescribed me some strong pain killers. Kerry called me as there had been a cancellation and I had my tooth out on the Friday.

Broke a filling just before Easter. It was not painful but I was fitted in to see the dentist as soon as possible. It was emphasised that if it became painful I must contact the surgery.
I was seen promptly. The dentist explained what had happened, why and what he was going to do to replace it. The procedure was quick and painless, with no necessity for an injection.

Friendly staff and a good atmosphere
I always feel comfortable with the dentist and hygienist. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere in the surgery. When I went (as an emergency) last week I was even joking with the dentist.

I am really pleased with the service that I have received at Parkway Dental practice.
I am a very nervous patient and Harry the dental surgeon put me at ease and explained everything that he was going to do.

Shorten or forget the terms and conditions
To solve my problem of a chipped filling it would appear dental filling materials are not up what is required to build up a perfectly good existing filling. I came away with nothing done (my decision) and still with a broken looking front tooth. Not dentist's fault but unsatisfied with the outcome.
I have not read or necessarily agree with all those terms and conditions. The box was ticked just to get this away for your quality control.
