Consistently Perfect Visits
Yet another hygienist visit with Justine. Always consistently high in patient care. Practice spotlessly clean both waiting area and surgery. Reception staff, dental nurse and hygienist friendly and cheerful. Treated as an individual. Very good appointment with caring advise and oral care education.

I am very nervous of the dentist but. Mr. Cotterill makes me feel at ease with his lovely calming way and always being sensitive and caring. I would always recommend him to anyone, friends,family or anyone.

I have been given a treatment plan for the treatment I am having done but would like to have a handout available of the NHS Charges showing the 3 price bands and what treatment you get in each price band. Some years ago I was told the price of a crown would be £350 each and it would have to be private. But this is an NHS dentist or at least takes NHS patients and after this I remember seeing the NHS price band 3 which included crowns or at least a crown and it was a damn sight cheaper but I was told I'd have to pay for it privately, is this allowed?

I have been a patient at Parkway for many years. I have been very happy with all of the treatments I have had over those years, and all of the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dental care.
