Tooth Extraction
On Thursday I experienced a loose tooth whilst eating, it was upper back tooth. I telephoned Parkway surgery, Vicky managed to arrange an appointment for the following morning. Unfortunately Lloyd, my usual technician was not available so I had appointment with Harry. Well, as you can imagine, apprehension kicks in as different technician. Well I can honestly say there was no need to worry as Harry was ever the professional. He talked me through the process and within minutes of anesthetic working, out with the tooth. Have been a client at Parkway many years now and will continue to be, well done to all.

Great dentist
Had not been to dentist for 15years but had to when my front crown fell out in December. Got a new crown and fllings done at a very reasonable price. Have had to visit again with a very bad toothache. The only downside was I had to wait 8days for it to be extracted. All treatment has been painless and professionally done. I am no longer afraid to visit the dentist. Thank you all at Parkway.

I transferred to this dentist from a practice I had been going to for several years. I found staff at this practice very welcoming, polite and friendly which made we feel at ease. Something that was lacking at my previous practice. I Would highly recommend this practice.

Loose front capped tooth!!!
My front tooth cap became loose and I called the practice at 08:30 and was given an emergency appointment for 10:30 to see Michael Cottrell.
Michael was very sympathetic and re-assuring and explained my options fully. He made sure that the tooth would not fall out and I have been given another appointment to carry out the required treatment.
I cannot comment in my survey on the outcome of my treatment as this has not yet been carried out but I have full confidence that it will be up to the usual high standard that I always receive from Parkway Dentalcare.
