Very polite, knowledgeable

Very polite, knowledgeable reception staff always helpful. I can't fault Mr Cottrell very reassuring, makes you feel you are a special patient. You never feel you are too much trouble to him or his staff. At first I thought the makeover of the practice was a bit too stark but now it looks more hygienic and welcoming a professional image. They are a happy team.

Don't be afraid to go to my dentist

I have always been afraid to go to a dentist and have a phobia about needles. But I feel very relaxed about the Parkway Dental Clinic and have a lot of confidence in them as Mr Ball explains everything in layman/womans language.

That helps me to not feel nervous in any way. I have already recommended my 2 grown up grand-children there.

Good experience.

I came to visit the dentist due to a sensitive tooth, bearing in mind I had only visited a month ago I hadn't intended to be back so soon. The dentist had my x-rays on the screen and asked me where the trouble was. When I explained he was surprised as the tooth according to the x-ray shouldn't be giving me problems. He tested my teeth with cold air and some other things and when I didn't respond in pain he said ok lets leave it as I don't want to investigate until we are sure. I wont charge for the visit, come back if it causes a problem. I was delighted that he was so careful reviewing the problem.

Parkway have been our family dentist for many years, we all attend surgery, my dental technician is Lloyd. He makes you feel welcome and relaxed.

Finding a good trustworthy surgery is difficult, from reception to technicians to hygienist, great atmosphere, highly recommend.
