Parkway Dental Practice is warm and welcoming. Reception staff are friendly and efficient.

The dentist and dental nurse I met with today were also friendly and welcoming and explained the cause of the sensitivity I was experiencing as well as some helpful ideas about how to reduce this.

Excellent service and care

Today I visited the dentist and the hygienist.

Both took time to explain clearly what they were doing.

The hygienist gave clear advice on how to improve further the care of my gums and teeth. He also explained why despite following his guidance for the past three months there appeared littleimprovement in the state of my gums.

The dentist clearly explained why the removal of my back tooth which has already been filled twice and whose filling had yet against n broken, was a better option than filling it again.

Dr Blackman is very helpful explaing the pros and cons of my bridge problem. He and his nurse always make sure I am alright during the root canal surgery.. It was a pleasant experience oppose to what I thought it would be....

Another great visit to Parkway

I had an early evening appointment because I work in London. I arrived early and was fitted in straight away. Every member of staff makes you feel welcome from reception to clinical staff.

Lloyd has been my dentist now for around four years. He always puts me at ease fully explains procedures and issues. He has my full confidence and trust.

Today'a visit

Our second check-up visit to Parkway; both check-ups have been to the highest standard we have ever experienced. And at our ages, we know what we are talking about!

The welcome from receptionists and dental staff was friendly and professional, the appointment was on time (a rarity in this day and age), the check-up was as thorough as could be, took as long as was needed and no corners were taken. Jokes were exchanged (another rarity!) and some free toothpaste.

Why would we go anywhere else? A postage stamp would be large enough to answer that!!!
