Extraction!
I was extremely anxious regarding my tooth extraction, as a previous experience with a different dentist was horrendous. Harry and Alex were both very understanding and reassuring and did their utmost to make me feel as relaxed as possible.
The extraction was over very quickly and I cannot fault them for being so kind to me.

Selling private care to NHS patients
This practice make all their NHS patients routine check ups with their NHS dentist and their private hygienist which costs 60.00 or thereabouts. When I asked for a NHS hygienist treatment, that I understand costs considerably less, I was made to feel awkward. The practice manager said she would have to ask the dentist if he was prepared to offer that service. He was, but I still felt like I was now an exceptional cheapskate. NHS patients should, by course, routinely be offered NHS treatment - I don't want to fund a new Mercedes!

I have been a patient at Parkway Dental surgery for 20+ years, I have only ever seen Mr Cottrell, so having an emergency appointment today with a different dentist was a VERY big deal for me. Harry was absolutely fantastic, put me at ease and actually managed to save the tooth I had been worrying I would actually lose. Short notice appointment
I was seen at Parkway the day after I requested an appointment to see my regular dentist, Lloyd Blackman, to investigate a possible problem with a tooth. Everyone at this surgery is helpful, courteous, considerate and always smiling and it is a pleasure to go there, a strange thing to say perhaps, for a dental surgery, but very true. If everyone ran their lives and their businesses like these people do, Britain would be a far better place for it.
