Very responsive

I was offered an emergency appointment within 24 hrs. Immediate response by email. This appears to be the best way to contact the surgery. Good advice given by the dentist

Scheduled Dental Checkup

Whilst advised that the practice was running late the reality was 25 minutes late. This is frustrating having arrived at the requested 10 minutes early. As a result of delays the extremely small car park was full.
Once with the dentist the situation was vastly improved and was the best consultation I have had for some time.

Prompt, friendly service

I was unfortunate to break one of my front teeth on Thursday last week, rang to book an appointment to see if the dentist would be able to repair/fill it, I didn’t have any discomfort just some rough edges. Holly the receptionist was very helpful and booked an appointment for 24/06/25.
I saw a dentist I’d never seen before, he was the most friendly dentist I’ve ever seen, he did an X-ray to ensure there was nothing unseen with the tooth, I was pleased to learn the tooth was decay free and the chip was a result of a previous trauma from about 8 years ago, the dentist filled the tooth and in all honesty I can say it’s such a good job people wouldn’t know it had ever been damaged. The dentist and staff were very friendly and told me what was being done.

Routine Check up

The appointment was on time, and I received a thorough checkup. Even had a clean up. This is my third visit since I joined the practice. I had previously postponed an appointment and I have found it's better to email them, as I've always had a prompt reply or call back.

Appointment for a filling

I am a super nervous patient who suffers with anxiety and I have just met my new dentist. He is such a nice guy and I felt quite relaxed by the end, he explained everything and has just got a lovely personality. I would happily go for more appointments. This practice also has the best reception staff, they are smiley and happy always.
