Root canal treatment
Lengthy but bearable session as expected! Dentist illustrated and described procedure and told me about potential after effects ie pain or inflammation. Treatment followed without pain or any real discomfort and dentist illustrated what he had done and options to follow in terms of option to crown or fill tooth. Very satisfactory appointment!

This is the best dentist I have had
I have had a lot of dentists as I am 86 years old, I must say this is the best dentist I have had and at my age will be my last dentist. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental nurse and of course my dentist have always treated me with kindness and respect, thank you.

Changed dentist just in the nick of time
I came to Parkway after having bad dental treatment beforehand. I was instantly comforted and settled into the required treatment.
I have been so happy with the outcome and the temporary fixtures were such a relief. I have now got the perfect smile again.

Excellent
I was very happy with my dental care yesterday. I met Harry for the first time and he gave a brief assessment of my teeth. Robin was excellent as always with her very thorough hygiene work, checks and explanations.
Harry told me that I needed to have a filling replaced and I was able to book that on the same day and so came back to have it done, which was excellent. Harry very kindly did this without anesthetic as I often react badly to these. He was expert in drilling out the decay which was near to a nerve and I only had a couple of twinges, so very manageable. I was slightly unsure of what he has used to pack the filling with (as he said - a lot of information).. However he managed to explain enough for me to understand that both he and I will need to keep an eye on the tooth and he check at my next appointment to make sure that it is still fine. So far feels settled and no pain. I am very satisfied with my visit and the treatment I received. Thank you.

Recent dental appointment
It took 7 weeks to get my bottom plate and three different mould's was made when I finally got them they was very tight even after a piece was cut away then next day they wouldn't fit, when I went back next time for check up I told my dentist when he fitted them that they were very tight and next day they wouldn't fit he took them cut a peace out refitted them and sent me on my way I was very unhappy because now they are moving around , I got back home took my old bottom set out of a draw cut a very small peace away myself and now they fit 100 times better. The top plate they had made for me two of the teeth are too long and hit on bottom set not happy at tall because I cannot eat anything with these teeth in and my dentist told me they are only for loo ks and not for eating I feel sure this is wrong and feel you should be able to eat with these teeth in what's the point in having them if you cannot eat anything with them in ?

Really caring
I saw Robyn first, I was very worried about a tooth that was very loose she looked at it for me and was very sympathetic and reassuring to me, she said she would get the dentist Lloyd Blackman to look at it for me, which she did. I explained that I was scared of having an injection in my mouth and I wanted him to just pull it for me if he could, he kindly agreed so Robyn put something on my gum to numb it then I waited in the waiting room for Lloyd to call me he also was very sympathetic and gentle, it only took a couple of seconds and the tooth was out. Well done Parkway Dentist and the staff everyone I have seen have always been really caring. Thankyou
