Staff are very polite

Staff are very polite. Always greet you with a smile. Mr. Blackman knows how nervous I am off the dentist. He explains everything he is doing.which help s me to relax. He is also very polite.

Friendly, caring, honest

Lloyd is very friendly, caring and honest in his approach. All staff are pleasant and professional, especially Chelsea who has been very helpful of late.

Initial Visit

This was my initial visit to Parkway dental practice and what a refreshing change from my previous one. All the staff were polite, friendly and attentive. My dentist - Mr Harry Ball was fantastic, what a thoroughly professional, confident and charming young man. I was offered treatment with my check up which I took, he gave a very thorough examination and made right some mistakes from previous dental practices. I'm very thankful I have at last found a dental practice that cares about it's patients.

Always had good care from Parkway, never feel rushed or pushed into anything, the dentist always tells you what they are doing and why, which I find a comfort.

Routine Check up.

Reception staff were busy, efficient and polite. I barely sat down in the Waiting area when I was called into the surgery. I was greeted by the Dentist who asked after my well being. He checked the purpose of my visit and the check up preceded efficiently asking if I had any problems. A treatment plan was produced and then it was the painful bit of paying which went smoothly. I also purchased a tube of Corsodyl gel whilst there. I wasn't able to park in the car park on arrival so did manage to at the end of the cul-de-sac adjacent to the surgery.
