Very welcoming and helpful staff
I have a "problem" mouth/gums. Very welcoming and helpful staff - your first point of reference. Clean and spacious. Not a cattle market. Hygienist and dentists very caring. Dental nurses kind. I can't speak highly enough of this practice, I am 73, lost count of practices NHS and private - had some butchers. Go every 6-9 months and have since a child. Happy.

Thank you for your comments, we appreciate all feedback we receive at Parkway Dentalcare as it allows us to realise what we're doing right and where we need to improve. We have recently employed an additional receptionist to help with the queues at the front desk, and we've installed additional handsets to help with the volume of phone calls.
We have a hygiene plan available with many benefits; one of them being monthly direct debit payments to help to spread the cost of your hygiene appointments. We are constantly thinking of new ways to improve and we will continue to do so to provide an excellent service.

I can't think of a single criticism or fault, and I've been a patient for years. When I needed an emergency appointment they were exceptionally efficient . The whole team are fantastic, and it is proven by the fact my daughter enjoys going to the dentist. What kid likes the dentists!?
