I feel very fortunate
On arrival for my appointment the receptionist welcomes me and completes the necessary paperwork efficiently. I receive excellent dental care from both my dentist and hygienist. As professionals they give clear and concise explanations, identify any treatment required and carry it out. They are relaxed and friendly which helps to put me at my ease. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at this practice.

Emergency appointment to deal with a broken tooth
An emergency appointment was provided for the next day at 10.20. Traffic problems prevented me from arriving in time but, on informing the surgery of the problem, an alternative appointment for 11.40 was provided.
I was seen 10 minutes before the appointed time and course of treatment was mutually agreed. Faultless Service!

The Perfect Practice
The Practice is clearly very efficient. The staff are very polite and the premises are exceedingly clean.
