Fair to middling, with no people skills

The dentist I had was new and I hadn't seen him before. The experience was rather abrupt and very different from my previous very informative and cheerful appointment with the lady dentist who owns the practice (i changed my flossing and brushing method as a result!); i do not think this is deliberate, but I don't think this dentist realises that each patient is often coming into his territory and this can require some people skills. The receptionists were lovely.

Parkway Dentist

As a patient who has had many problems with Dentists, I am very satisfied with the treatment to date from Parkway. I moved to this dentist in January as I was dissatisfied with my previous dentist and having had some appointments and now an extraction today, I feel very comfortable with the dentist, the staff and the environment. A thorough discussion and process was outlined to me and as a patient I am happy to and have already recommended family to this practice.

Toothache

Phoned for an appointment and was pleased to get an emergency appointment at very short notice. Mr Cotterell extracted my tooth with the minimum of fuss. I am very nervous but everyone put me at ease, from the friendly receptionist to the dental staff.

Good quality treatment

Appointments are available at a reasonable interval from initial enquiry, and the standard of care is generally very good.
The premises are well presented, and the staff members are always polite and welcoming. The reminder system for appointments is excellent.

My appointment with the hygienist was at 10:30 and I was called in to the surgery at exactly 10:30. Throughout my 30 minutes of treatment I was kept fully informed of what was going on and towards the end of the appointment I was advised what action I needed to take to maintain good dental hygiene. The reception staff were also friendly and efficient.

'Robyn' - the best Hygenist ever!

From start to finish, a perfect service, text Reminders were appropriately sent. Arrival and reception dealt with efficiently.
Treatment / Hygienist friendly professional and personal. Robyn is an asset to the surgery. She makes you feel very much at ease and is very professional and knowledgeable. Her assistant (a university student) was also very efficient and professional, clearly being guided by a master.

Very gentle and professional

As this was my first visit I cannot comment on improvements but I found the whole experience very good. I thought the dental practice modern clean and comfortable to wait, the staff very friendly and professional. I was seen on the time of my appointment by a very gentle and professional Dentist and assistant so was very pleased to have changed dentist and would recommend you to any of my friends and family.

Emergency Appointment

Phoned at 2pm, left message. Called back at 3pm,appointment made for 4.10 Decision made to remove very painful tooth 2 hours later at 6.35.

Tooth now out & although uncomfortable nowhere near as painful as this afternoon!
