Crown preparation and fitting

Absolutely amazing care, as per usual. I need to state the fact that I was in a personal crisis when I went for treatment and Tudor was so careful and compassionate, I don't have words to describe the level of care. Thank you so much!

Extraction

From my first visit they managed to put my fears to rest. For a really scared person it was not easy. My consequent visits have been the same. As a first visit in about 12 years, I would recommend the practice to anyone.

Hygienist appointment

I was at the surgery early on 12th June and overheard one of your receptionist dealing with what sounded like a very difficult and confused person on the phone. She was dealing with this call for at least 20 minutes and was extremely patient and tried to be as helpful as possible (the person seemed to think she was registered at the surgery although no trace could be found and she lived in Swansea!). The person finally hung up on her. I just wanted to feed this back as we rarely notice the good things - mostly the bad!

I had a couple of fillings and an extraction of a tooth and couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Every step was explained in detail so I knew what to expect.
Every member of staff, receptionists, dental nurses and dentist have treated me with respect and kindness, couldn’t ask for more

As a nervous patient an appointment with a new dentist can be difficult. However, I was put at my ease immediately I entered the surgery. The dentist was kind, patient and explained fully the treatment needed.
