Today I arrived for my appointments.
I have an eye problem (cornea detachment).
All the staff was so kind, I wasn’t able to have my hygiene treatment in case of eye infection

I always feel the reception team, today it was Ellie and Jasmine are brilliant. lt was good to see Hunny Head Nurse who l find is a natural empath and appreciate she remembers me. Tudor is an amazing person, a real credit to the practice, he is an excellent dentist and so kind. He explains and advises in a manner that is clear and concise and reassuring. Thank you all.

Adjustment to repaired denture
My denture broke and was sent for repair. It was returned fully repaired but needed some minor adjustments to enable a comfortable fit. The team managed to get me seen very quickly and Lloyd, as always, did a great job.

Long wait
I arrived for my appointment 5minutes early. I was asked to take a seat. 40 minutes later I asked the receptionist how much longer I would have to wait to be seen. The receptionist who had been sitting idly then sprang into action telling me the dentist was running late. I appreciate that dental treatment doesn’t always go to plan but feel we could have been informed on arrival that the dentist was running late. Do not leave us sitting there waiting whilst they sat idly chatting.

Uncomfortable denture
I had an extraction 2 weeks ago, and my denture was given to me at the same time. By the time I got home, it was really hurting, so I gave it a few days to see if it got better, but it didn't. So I rang the surgery and got an appointment, well with a little bit of adjustment, my denture is quite comfortable now.
