Pain Free Extraction

I decided to have my tooth taken out instead of a root canal - I was extremely nervous as I haven’t had a tooth extracted for many, many years. I was extremely nervous but my dentist was wonderful - once I had calmed down, my mouth frozen, the tooth was taken out and I can honestly say that I never felt anything.

Emergency tooth/bridge re-fix

Phoned for an appointment after losing a tooth/bridge whilst eating. Was given an appointment that evening and attended to have the treatment to re-fix.

Great but not so great

I phoned up at 8am and spent an hour waiting for for someone to answer. I only stay on line just to see how long it would take to answer. 1 HOUR !!!!
I can't believe it took so much time even with a phone waiting line in place.
When the phone was answered, the service I received was very good.
