Really good here I have a really bad gag reflex and this is the only dentist that has managed to look in my mouth without going for an opg x-ray I can't wait to have the work done now It's a really good place .

I don't think anyone really loves going to the dentists but Parkway dental practice make it a much more pleasant experience. They always ensure that I receive very prompt appointments when necessary. The dental service I receive from Lloyd Payne is first class. I would thoughrouly recommend them to anyone I know in the area in need of dental services!

Visited the hygienist today for the first time and considering my previous fear of dentist she was patient with me. Extraction of tooth

Went to dentist two weeks ago. Was advised crack in tooth that could be saved with filling. Earliest appointment was following 3 weeks. Suffered with severe ache and sensitivity for several days. Made an emergency appointment and tooth was taken out. Found dentist very professional but no people skills at all. I was very scared but no comfort from him or his nurse. Found the whole experience awful even though grateful tooth was taken out

I'm under Parkway for NHS Dentistry and have been for a year or so. Went today with as worried about a general dental concern. Saw Tudor who I've not met before. He was very friendly and welcoming. Kept me fully informed and answered all of my questions. It felt like a thorough examination, more so than I have had in the past. He gave me advice and an timeline of recommended actions between now and my next appointment. I mentioned x rays and he did not hesitate. Probably for the first time, I feel I had a thorough examination and concerns listened to. Reception team are always bubbly and welcoming too. No complaints so far.

Great dentist

I am very nervous going to the dentist but I am always made to feel relaxed at Parkway. All staff are amazing and Lloyd is extremely gentle and very easy to talk to. I am so grateful to be a patient at this practice.
