Emergency appointment

Every member of staff was incredibly lovely! Dentist and nurse thoroughly went through my options with me so I was informed with whichever decision I make. Receptionists were also very friendly and efficient.

Answering telephones

Trying to get through by 'phone is almost impossible. I spent over an hour on the phone listening to a recording saying the phone lines were busy. I decided to walk to the practice, all the while still on the phone unable to get through. Even when I walked into reception, still on my I was still getting the same message, so was surprised to see the receptionist not actually on the phones - the phones were not in use and not ringing. The only phones that seemed to be in use were the reception staffs personal mobiles.
I also found one of the reception staff to be rather abrupt - firing questions at me and talking over me - at one point I was told to 'just listen'. Not very professional in my opinion.

Great Service

Was seen on time and greeted pleasantly by both the hygienist and her nurse. Check that no changes in my medical history and medication since my last visit. Regular appointment which is always a pleasure. Thanks to the treatment my gums are in excellent condition. The hygienist has always been very supportive and taught me to look after my teeth and gums well.
