Staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. However very over priced considering I was only in there 5 minutes and my teeth were fine so they didnt do anything to them.

Mixed feelings
Firstly Holly is the glue at Parkway.. helpful polite .. and a nice lady to speak to .. she got me in for an emergency extraction with my Dentist. However she told me she never had time to do the procedure and offered me some medication for the pain… the assistant stepped in and arranged another appointment an hour later with a dentist who was happy to do my extraction between appointments. I was in the chair no more than five minutes.
I have now changed dentists because of the failure of my so called appointed dentist to another dentist. I would like a
response from the practice manager telling me why my appointed dentist would not do the extraction

The gentleman dentist covering for Chiara today was careful and courteous and explained all the options before repairing a tooth without me having to come back for a separate appointment from this one for my regular checkup. It feels much better now and I left happy. Thank you.

Knowledgeable, friendly and approachable
Our family has been going to Parkway Dental practice for many years. Since my regular dentist retired from the a couple of years ago I’ve seen other dental practitioners within the group. They’ve all been pleasant to deal with. Today I saw such a lovely lady and her assistant, they put me totally at ease, they had a great rapport which extended to me. I even laughed at one point, that, for me was astonishing. I’m sincerely hoping I’m assigned to this duo on my next visit.
