Attentive and caring
The hygienist appt today was like a therapy session. Both staff members are so caring and also very gentle with this nervous patient who hasn’t got great teeth. They keep me as comfortable as they possibly can and must never leave!!

Check up
Saw a new female dentist, very thorough. Sadly we still have issues with reception and getting a printed receipt as we can claim the costs back on insurance. Asked for a receipt to be emailed and yet again it has not been sent so we have to call up to chase. This has been the case on the last several visits.

Fillings and root extraction
Really impressed with the service I have received since signing up with this surgery, from the reception staff, hygienist and the surgical team. I’ve always been nervous and concerned about my teeth, these guys been great, I’ve had a lot sorted with my teeth in a short space of time, multiple fillings and root extractions. These guys have made me feel so calm and pain free. Honey and George especially were fantastic.

Emergency Appointment
My capped tooth fell out Thursday evening and it is in the front, so I had an embarrassing gap! I tried calling a few times, however there was no answer. I only live 10 minutes away, so I popped in and the receptionist was very understanding and gave me an emergency appointment later that day with a different dentist to who I was registered with. He was brilliant and replaced my cap, which is still there and I hope it will be for a long time! I was very relieved at not having to go through the weekend or longer with a gap! Thank you Parkway.

After struggling for over a year to find a new dentist after mine closed down I was pleased that Parkway agreed to take me on. Loads of surgeries wouldn’t treat me as they said it was cosmetic and not an emergency. I’m extremely pleased with the service and cannot thank them enough

I needed an urgent appointment and sent in a email. I got a phone call 15 minutes later and had an appointment later that day. Dentist was great, quickly identified the problem and received the appropriate treatment. This is a new dental practice for me, and everyone is polite and helpful. I could not wish for better than that.

Getting dentures to fit better
Hanna is such a good and caring dentist, she is doing her best to get a better fit with my dentures because I have bone disease and lost my teeth because of that but Hanna has asked another dentist to put me forward for full implants or partial implants. I am unable to bite into food like a sandwich, has to be broken into small bits because I can just bite into one because my dentures get loose I get through two large tubes of fixident a week because when I have eaten they get loose, the paste just comes out of the side, because I have no bone for the denture to have a tight grip. So fingers crossed I get approved on the nhs. But Hanna is trying to get a good enough fit so hopefully the denture will be a bit more snug. Cannot thank her enough for what she is trying to achieve with better fitting dentures.

Quick work
Would be great if you could stay with 1 dentist, seen 3 different ones in a year.
This check up was quick. Had a broken filling, dentist redid it there and then, so check and refilled in less the 15 minutes.
They don't do scrape and polish now on check up, have to see hygienist for that.
Polite friendly receptionist and staff throughout.
