The service on my teeth today was very good. Carly is very good with her patients. She is friendly and polite and made me feel welcome and relaxed.
What a hygenist does is not easy, and probably was difficult on me, because I have not seen one for many years and how now joined Denplan.

I phoned the dental practice at 5 minutes before my appointment due to a traffic jam on Hayling Island to tell them I would not make my appointment time. I was told it would have to be rebooked. It was an urgent appointment and it was booked for 2 hours later. What a great service. I was seen on time and the dentist was really good.

I had to see the dentist today as I fell on my face and was so worried because of the pain in my teeth. He was incredibly kind and informative. Treatment (Check-up and Hygienist) excellent as usual but provision of information relating to my current Parkway Denplan is a little lacking in that the last communication I received was dated 23 April 2024. As far as I am aware therefore my Plan is PDC Plus 2 at a monthly direct debit fee of £12.12. A Denplan leaflet picked up from your Surgery on the 6th of January 2025 describes available Plans as Plan A, Plan B and Plan C all with options to add Denplan Supplementary Insurance for an additional 60p per month. I therefore need to know whether the Supplementary Insurance is included in my PDC Plus2 Plan.
