Clinic closes between 1pm and 2pm for lunch
Clients for 2pm appointments not advised clinic closes totally between 1pm and 2pm and those arriving early had to wait 15-20minutes in the car park where the temperature today was 34 degrees centigrades.
Whilst staff need to have their lunch, this could be staggered so that the clinic remains open. Better management needed.

Amazing
I had to get a back tooth out today and was very nervous - I have actually been putting it off but went in today and I wish I had it out earlier. My dentist was amazing, I can't praise high enough. My husband came in with me and my dentist immediately put me at ease and I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. I really think that the people who work at this dentists are all so good. Please, if you feel nervous, trust me there is no need to be. We always come out smiling and weirdly have a laugh when were in there. They are all amazing. Thank you for everything.

The two forms that need to be done before my appointment did not come through on my phone or computer. I tried to fill them in directly after my appointment. Epic fail! The tablet kept asking me if I had finished while I was writing! Needless to say the forms did not get finished.

Emergency Appointment Quickly Obtained
Was very relieved to be able to follow 111 out of hours instructions and get a prompt emergency appointment with Parkway. Considering we just turned up (as mum can't hear well on the phone and her emails have not been working) at the surgery and asked to see somebody, the service was very quick. I got a student, I think, who called for help with her diagnosis and recommendation, so it was good to know that she had somebody to turn to. Considering the pain I had in the back of my jaw, with no obvious cause, I still think an x-ray was needed. The nausea it was causing was not as unimportant as assumed. It erupted, embarrassingly, as projectile vomiting in the middle of a funeral service two hours after my appointment. It hasn't gone away and I am still in a lot of pain. The ibuprofen recommended isn't really doing the job. A stronger prescription might have alleviated the problem. I can still barely open my jaw so hope that more extensive action is taken next week.

I had created a chip in my front tooth. A filling was recommended. I was advised an anaesthetic wasn't required as there was only a small area. The treatment was painless and quick. I was asked if the result felt comfortable, which it did.
