Hygienist appointment

Have had some bad past experiences of hygienists in the past. Ended up being a little avoidant of the whole thing!
Emma was, without doubt, my best experience ever of hygienists. Very careful and sensitive to anxieties and fears!! She did a great job and I have no worries about going back again.

Broken front tooth

Having a broken front tooth I really wanted it fixed asap. I was given a same day appointment where possible treatments were discussed. Having chosen the recommended treatment I was then booked in for the near future as my treatment would be quite lengthy. I am very happy to get this appointment despite the short notice.

I am 82, this was the first time I’d had this sort of treatment, I was extremely nervous, Andres was very patient with me, I am now out of pain, and pleased I didn’t have to lose the tooth.

A lovely atmosphere

It's such a lovely atmosphere when attending my dental appointment these days. Andres makes you feel at ease and is easy to talk to. He gives me advice with a smile but is also very professional.

Check-up

Went for check-up, went in 2-3 minutes after arriving and was only in chair for about 5 minutes. Andres is great he tells you what the situation is, as my teeth aren’t in the best condition.( my fault), but he checks everything and even though my teeth are not the best, I felt good when I left his surgery.
