A return patient - Highly recommend

I highly recommend Parkway Dental Care as a return patient and wouldn’t go anywhere else. All of the staff are so lovely and cannot do enough to help their customers. The lady on reception makes you feel so welcomed and at ease. The dentistry is always very clean, professional and calming given for most they may feel nervous. The staff doing treatments are exceptionally knowledgeable and coming from the most nervous patient, I always feel in safe hands! I’ve had extraction by Lloyd, hygienist by Robyn and general dentistry works and all have been fab.

Visited surgery with the intention of making an emergency appointment for something that happened just before the weekend.
Today, was Monday reception overheard, we tried to make the appointment and remembered me and expedited and then visited at 2 pm in the afternoon for that appointment.
On entering surgery waiting area the same receptionist there recognised me, called me by first name. She already booked me in and just to take a seat.
Treatment, which was a quick check over needing some emergency dental work, went back to the same receptionist. She quickly organised three appointments really speedily and put me without asking on the cancellation as she knew it was an urgent matter- very professional.

I had been suffering with a nerve pain in my tooth for a period of time. Andres was exceptional in sorting my tooth pain whilst always ensuring I did not loose any teeth due to possible extraction as a last resort. He was so thorough with his investigation work and never gave up as the pain I was experiencing was not standard and the nerve pain kept throwing curve balls when we thought we had resolved the issue. All the staff were so helpful, always sorting appointments to accommodate my needs and would always call me the next day to check I was ok after any works carried out. They really all went above and beyond. Thank you all for an exceptional service.

I have only praise for the fantastic team at Parkway. I was seen with a same day emergency appointment even with minimal staff on that day. My treatment was extremely professional and Andres and Hunny were super friendly. I would highly recommend the practice as I find the team are always willing to go the extra mile.
