I cannot fault this dental practice
I have type 2 diabetes and this has caused me to lose 50% of my bone line in my jaw and subsequently lose a few teeth. For every single bit of dental work I have had done I have been made to feel comfortable and have been looked after to a very high standard of professionalism.
I cannot fault this dental practice at all and is without a doubt the best dental surgery in the area.

I see Emilie every 3 months. It is not a chore, nor is it a worry. Emilie is always cheerful and explains what it is she is doing and why. This is always helpful. We only get ONE proper set of teeth.

Had appointment was 3 min late , by the time I was seen to let them know I was there the receptionist said I was to late and now it was 6 min , she told me I had to make another appointment, I was a bit upset with this , anyway I have been back but told to be 10 min early, never have been turned away for being 3 or6; mins late, if it was 15 or more then I would have understood that I had to book another appointment,

I saw the lovely Carly today for my dental clean. I have gum disease and l have put off going to Carly because it hurts so much. Knowing this Carly was amazing and really went above and beyond ensuring l was ok. Stopping to give me a break. Telling me l had this and could do it. I managed to have my complete teeth cleaned without being numbed. We both celebrated at the end. She is truly amazing.
I am so so happy with Carly my hygienist and Andes my dentist. The reception team are just beautiful too. Always happy and welcoming. I have been with the practice over 20 years and this is my best experience to date with the staff that are there.
For the first time ever l actually look forward to going to the dentist. This is from a patient who had a huge phobia and yet this week had a filling and clean without being numbed. I never ever thought l could do that. All because l have an amazing team looking after me and l trust them. Thank you all.
