I had a broken tooth for a number of years. At that time it was not necessary to remove it. Lately it was causing infections. The dentist showed me an x-ray showing the infection and recommended removing it.

Filling under sedation

This Dental practice is so lovely, I have been terrified of dentists since I was around 9 years old, and up until the last 8 years I would avoid like the plague. All of the staff are very supportive and compassionate. My dentist Lloyd needs a medal, he is very reassuring, kind and very patient. They introduced Sedation to the practice, what a God Send!! As this now allows me to get my treatment without a complete meltdown, I couldn’t even cope with Hygiene appointments, and my anxiety would reduce me to tears.
If you have friends or family who are struggling like I did, then please recommend Parkway to them. I wish I had known about this practice years ago.

Check up

The check up took about 10 minutes and included 2 x-rays. The dentist showed me the x-rays and the problems it revealed and suggested the treatments. Fortunately, I was able to get one treatment booked for the next day.

Amazing Service!!!

Amazing & friendly service as usual. There is not one person that is grumpy here considering what they must have to deal with day in day out so it's a real credit to them! Chiara, assistant & all the reception staff were friendly & welcoming & I love the fact that I am remembered so feel like a friend rather than a patient!

Consultation

I had a consultation with Andrew and he was truly amazing. He took his time and listened to me. He then came up with a treatment plan that l felt was perfect for my condition. I came away feeling very happy and positive. The reception team were also very friendly and welcoming. I had been to a private dentist in London and Parkway Dentalcare felt exactly the same. Very impressed with the service provided. I can't rate the outcome of my treatment as it hasn't started yet.
