Brilliant, calm, informative

Brilliant, calm, informative and helpful! After a bad experience with another private dentist, I swapped to Parkway.
Being apprehensive, I wanted to explain my previous experience. Everyone, from the receptionist to the dentist took their time to listen and understand.
Chiara conducted my appointment. She explained her findings, gave me clear options and allowed me to make a decision on my next procedure without judgement.
I could not have been happier with my experience!

Booked at time of last check up 9 months ago. Easy process and no changes to schedule in the time since. Timely reminder a few days in advance and a link to fill in the necessary forms online a few days before the appointment date. Actual checkup itself was straightforward with good advice and feedback.

Fitting of Cap to complete my treatment

Andreas was friendly but professional and throught my treatment ensured I knew what was happening and paid a lot of attention to make sure the cap was fitted correctly and comfortable for me.
