All staff were amazing
All staff were amazing! Had a problem with swelling in my cheeks ( not caused by my teeth!) and Karen was amazing in diagnosis. Cannot recommend Distinctly Dental highly enough.

Staff were amazing and so hospitable, the dentist was very upfront and honest about the situation and when it came to treatment was quick and painless. They really look after you, especially when you’re an anxious patient.

Replacement crown
I attended Distinctly Dental for a replacement crown procedure. I was extremely nervous and was probably a challenging patient but all went well and my teeth feel 100% better having had this revision. I had not realised how uncomfortable my mouth had been until it was put right. Thank you for bearing with me during this. Ultimately, great job!

I rang for help as I was in pain and needed to see a dentist as soon as possible. The caring receptionist said she would see if the dentist would stay late as no appointments were available, I got a call back the dentist would see me after surgery.
This happened and a plan was put in place to deal with my problem.

Outstanding team
My search for a kind caring and considerate Dental team is over now I have found Karen and her outstanding team. After years of misery hopping from one dentist to another with awful experiences, I had to search far and wide to find a dental practice that would welcome me and make me feel “me” again and take that awful fear of going to the dentist that many of us suffer... And I found Distincly Dental some 221 miles from home! Karen and her team were so welcoming and completely understand nervous and fearful patients and have turned my fear into a really positive experience despite having had to undergo very traumatic treatment due to the poor state of my teeth. Karen, her team and the wonderful dental technician have given me back my self-confidence and a wonderful smile and I can’t thank them enough. I just wish I had found them sooner. Highly recommended.

Karen has been my dentist for a number of years now. She and her team at Distinctly Dental are truly outstanding. They deliver friendly and professional service to the highest standards at all times. My latest procedure to replace a tooth that was beyond saving with an implant was carried out successfully over several appointments with care and expertise.
The welcome and interaction with Sam and Janette is always warm and friendly. Diane, the hygienist always brightens a hygiene appointment with her chat.
The whole teams approach to infection control during the pandemic has been excellent and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.
