From the commencement of my treatment in Sept/Oct 2020 requiring bone grafting to the end of my treatment yesterday receiving my implant and crown I have received an excellent service throughout from all the staff I have encountered reassuring me and allaying any fears I had, and the results Karen has achieved are nothing less than amazing.

I would not go anywhere else
Having been a patient of Dr Andrews for almost 20 years, I would not go anywhere else. The reception team are friendly and always go the extra mile if you need anything. Karen is an incredible dentist who puts you at ease as soon as you arrive; and the little touches of email updates about the practice and christmas cards from the team make you feel a valued customer.

I was seen promptly and had a thorough check up. I felt that Covid safety was very high indeed. My only slight negative would be that there seemed to be some confusion among staff about the PPE surcharge, which seemed much higher than my last visit 6 months ago.

As always, very helpful staff from start to finish. The waiting area is very well maintained and super clean with a nice relaxed feel. Karen is always keen to know if you have any niggles regarding your teeth and general oral problems. Frenectomy using laser technology
I was recommended to see Dr Karen Andrews and travelled a considerable distance to Hatfield to see her. I found Dr Andrews and her staff very warm and welcoming. My surgical procedure was carried out meticulously by Dr Andrews using a laser machine and the post-operative healing period was painless and did not require me taking any painkillers. This is a more advanced technique in surgical terms rather than using a scalpel knife and I would highly recommend the use of lasers here.
