Focused, thorough & efficient
As always a positive welcome from the moment you arrive, COVID safe procedures in place and Karen has maintained the high quality of her care on top of meeting requirements. I never enjoy visiting the dentist but Karen has always been supportive, direct in feedback and I always leave with a smile.

Crown fitment
Had an appointment for a crown fitment. As always a friendly and relaxing experience, quite a long time from start to finish with the procedure, but so interesting to be shown how the crown is manufactured on site and all thats involved with the production side of things. All members of staff are very polite and can answer any question you may have, I always leave happy after a visit to the dentist as Karen is a very good dentist who is very professional at her job, 5*service, thank you.

The dentist is very experienced. I could tell by the way she took care and sorted my painful tooth. The receptionist was also polite and friendly. I would go again if needed. The best I've been to so far.

Extraction in a 5 year old
I took my 5 year old great nephew for the dentists advice regarding a pus spot above a dead incisor tooth that had broken in half. The tooth needed extracting. The whole management from beginning to end was exemplary. Three injections, x-rays and the extraction all handled in such a wonderful child friendly way. It was not the traumatic experience that I had feared.

I had a broken tooth that had become very painful overnight, so I called Distinctly Dental to get it fixed. They were able to give me an emergency appointment on the same day. I was pretty nervous going in, but Karen was very professional and reassuring. I opted to have the damaged tooth removed, the procedure was quick and relatively painless.
