I felt very safe
After self-isolating for months, I felt nervous about going to the dentist - I needn’t have worried, I felt very safe and well cared for.

Recent check-ups
We have been a patient of Karen Andrews for over 20 years and we are on her practice plan.
As always she and her staff were friendly and professional.
Distinctly Dental is excelling in COVID precautions - we felt safer in the practice than in our own home!
We will see them all again in November.

Got my smile back!
Can not thank Karen and the team enough for their care and exceptionally high standards of treatment received. As a dedicated 'dental coward' i put my total trust in Karen and received care and compassion during my visits. She really is the best!

Professional and calming
My visit to the dentist was, as always, very good. Karen and her team are always very friendly and professional and calming. The whole experience was painless, even though I am a very nervous patient.

After being fearful of the dentist, today I went to dr Karen for the first time what a great experience she has taken my fear away of dentists and I will now have the best gnashers in Hatfield lol :) I will continue going to her on a regular basis :) 😃😃

Absolutely amazing experience - After having difficulties with my sons NHS Dentist and them unable to provide the treatment he required. I was amazed with the kindness, amazing care and treatment my Son recieved. All the staff are so welcoming and provide COVID-19 safety measures throughout, the staff defernitly made us feel more comfortable and so at ease for all our visits. Defernitly will be continuing our custom here. Thank you so much for all your hard work and care you provide.

Quick, efficient
It’s quite something that the surgery is open at all when the current requirements are so stringent. All staff appear to be taking the new not-normal in their stride, from the pre- appointment questionnaire, through treatment, to leaving the surgery afterwards. Communication was good at all stages, and on the day the work was quick, efficient, and relatively painless.

I have always been happy with my experience at the surgery.
The staff are welcoming friendly and really supportive.
In tge early days Karen, the dentist, was understanding of my fears, patient and I found it easy to overcone my fear of needles, with her pain free solution.
The hygienist is amazing! I hated having my teeth cleaned and she has been brilliant at making it something I can now do regularly.
I would highly recommend the practice, professional and trusted.

I hope I have given you 5 stars - if not I meant to. The only minor niggle was slight pain when you were doing the new tooth - both putting the clamp on and during the operation itself.
