My treatment is always first class and goes off agreeably for my “difficult” teeth.

The best dental care I have experienced
Very pleased and appreciative of managing to see me at short notice to check on sudden nerve pain being experienced over the previous few days. As a fairly new patient to this practice and having received substantial treatment in the last few months i can honestly say this practice has provided the best dental care I have experienced for many years. Dr Andrew and her staff provide a highly professional, friendly and efficient dental service.

Always a good experience
It's always a good experience visiting Karen and her team.
From the moment you enter the door you receive a warm welcome and friendly chat from reception, waiting time is minimal and Karen herself is friendly, supportive and interested in you as a person. It's always lovely to catch up with her.
Karen is passionate about her work and very forward looking, she continuously updates her own skills and techniques using innovative equipment and she strives always to provide the very best.
Following on from the covid pandemic, Karen has equipped
the surgery and the waiting room with virus killing equipment and supplements this with PPE, hand sanitiser, oral sanitiser and temperature scanner.
I have complete trust in Karen and her team, it's obvious that she's passionate about her work and she always provides to the highest standard.

The arrangements for Covid-safety are reassuring. It also makes for a more comfortable visit than beforehand. For example, I used to make a great effort to arrive on time for my appointment, but was always kept waiting, and having to watch those awful videos! Now this is no longer the case.
