I was made welcome and felt covid safe in the surgery.

As always, very efficient. Staff are courteous and the surgery has gone to great lengths to ensure a safe environment in this ever changing Covid climate.

Difficult tooth extraction but Karen and her assistant persevered and managed to successfully complete the procedure. Kept me calm and provided after care advice. As considered vulnerable and been isolating for 3 months stepped up and provided treatment in my time of need.

Professional service as usual.

Had a cracked lower rear tooth, The tooth could not be saved. The extraction was carried out without pain and with attention to my fear of pain.

5 x teeth extraction for 12 yr old for orthodontic purposes, treatment for 6 year old. Not easy getting children to understand and go through challenging treatments. Dental staff excellent as usual, made a difficult process much easier to manage. Excellent Covid 19 protection measures in place too.

I messaged Karen from website on Sunday evening as suffering recurring pain from an infected tooth which was due to be extracted by my regular dentist but appointment cancelled three weeks ago, two hours before planned treatment. Being over 70 and expecting to be self isolating for many weeks with potential of further worsening pain the situation was very worrying. I received a phone call back from Karen just after 8 am Monday morning. She explained the current limitations on dentist due to COVID-19. Whilst she is restricted in undertaking any dental procedures and therefore unable to extract the tooth she provided helpful advice on self treatment and offered to personally deliver to my home the medication I should take if the infection worsened. Given the uncertainty dentist face at this time, I most grateful to Karen for being prepared to help and support patients in urgent need, willing to go the extra mile, a sign of a professional and caring dentist. I hope it is not too long before I receive a call back from Karen to say restrictions are lifted allowing me to arrange an appointment for treatment and thank her in person.

As gentle and caring as usual. Still have nerves at going to the dentist but not as bad as they used to be because I know that if necessary Miss Andrews will stop work for me to get my breath.

Can't believe I enjoy going to the dentist now!

I have been getting my dental treatment at Distinctly Dental for nearly two years now. In this time, I have had different types of treatments done. Earlier treatments being preparations for the next ones (I had a bit of complicated situation). I can confirm that I am satisfied with all my intermediate treatments, and the final one which I had recently. Overall, I am really grateful to Dr. Karen Andrews for making sure I received the best treatment for my circumstances. Also, my hygienist, Dayan, and Janet have been very supportive throughout my treatment. I would definitely recommend Distinctly Dental to anyone looking for well qualified dentist, hygienist, and a welcoming team. Financially, buying a dental plan gave me flexibility with my payments. So, I would recommend that.
