I feel valued as a patient

I have opted to have an extra dental hygiene session over and above my twice yearly ental plan because added assurance of dental health. I feel valued as a patient and appreciate the care and attention I receive.

Dr Karen Andrews is exceptionally professional, has a fine sense of aesthetics, patient and understanding. I consider myself lucky to have found her in UK as my dental consultant and practitioner.

New patient

As a new patient who is a coward of going to the dentist I cannot recommend Karen enough. Having to have a crown fitted which I was terrified of the pain I thought I would experience, Karen was very careful give me extra injections and I never felt a thing.

Annual check, clean and any necessary treatment

This dental practice has, in my opinion, no equal. Dr. Andrews is technically highly competent and always seeks to improve her standard. Her support staff are similarly well trained. All are kind and caring, a delight to know.

6 monthly dental appointment

Running late again, this time by 30 minutes! However, this gave me time to take in the clean and modern decor of the waiting room, good music and a monitor screening latest news & sport and more interestingly the latest dental techniques. The kind nature of the nurse/receptionist didnt go a miss as well as patients coming and going an in particular leaving very happy.

We do try to run on time as much as possible, however sometimes this cannot be avoided, especially if a patient has an emergency which takes longer to treat than anticipated. We do try and prewarn patients if we are running late and this has been reiterated to the team so that we keep our patients more informed in the future.

We only have praise for the practice

It must be coming up to 12 years now that I have been a patient of Distinctly Dental and during that time I have joined my grandchildren into the practice. We only have praise for the practice and although our round trip to the surgery is only 30 miles to and from Hatfield there are a lot of dentist nearer than we could attend. I will continue with this journey as long as I can get myself there!! Obviously I am not in a position to recommend others. I would certainly do so if I lived nearer the practice.
