Not only do I get my teeth expertly 'gone over' but I always come away with more good advice on caring for them, and the advice is delivered in a very friendly, supportive way - not at all judgemental.

Your Appointment At Distinctly Dental
I had what turned out to be a 5 minute appointment that I can understand was delayed by an emergency appointment and another person who jumped in for ‘two minutes’ I had arranged another appointment 45 minutes after my scheduled one with you
I would have liked to be asked if I didn’t mind waiting but I wasn’t
If I was 25 minutes late for your appointment I would probably been fined
Usually I have a great service but this time was bad

I was absolutely terrified of the dentist. Pathetic, as I am 50 years old!! I was shaking and hyperventilating the first time I crawled in ( and with all honesty, if it wasn't for my brother walking me in, I would have been on my toes!). Karen was amazing. Only took me as far as I was comfortable, like laying back in the chair, without any treatment. She was absolutely wonderful. If I was comfortable doing anything else she was so gentle, and, if I said I couldn't do any more, she immediately stopped . I never once felt an injection, and the extraction I had done, well, I didn't feel that either!!!! I can not recommend a better dentist and her team highly enough. Thank you ladies xx

Although this appointment was only for a check-up, as usual it was very thorough & gave me further help regarding dental hygiene. The dentist suggested a smaller "spot" brush to get at a difficult place & using a different type of floss which I can already feel is doing the trick. Many thanks - the hygiene advice I've received since joining this practice has helped me greatly & most was totally new to me! It is well worth the minor extra effort.
