First visit to the hygienist at this practice. Was very nervous. Felt was treated well, hygienist was polite and friendly, introduced herself to me and explained the way she worked and how best I could look after my teeth. Reception staff always friendly. I am new to this dental practice and so far have been happy with my decision to change.

Six month check up

As usual, expert attention from Dr.Andrews. My wife and I have been patients at the practice for ten years or more. We attended a few day ago, check ups were completed with some minor filling for which I was not charged. Mr four year old grandson came with us and had his teeth counted in the special motor chair. We travel from Northumberland for treatment,what better recommendation could a dentist have?

My regular dental hygiene visit

I have a dental plan that covers me for two dental checkup and two dental hygiene visits per year as well as worldwide emergency dental treatment which was very useful when I broke a tooth when in Thailand. I have added an extra hygiene visit for which I pay, in order to further reduce the risk of any future dental treatments. As ever, I was met with a friendly reception followed by friendly service during my last visit. The surgery has been remodelled recently and whilst it benefits from modern faculties, it offers a warm and greeting reception.

Completely puts you at ease

I have reviewed Distinctly Dental before, and I am still very happy with the standard of care and expertise from Karen and her staff. Karen’s professionalism and knowledge is second to none, and as a nervous patient I am put completely at ease by Karen.
The surgery has recently been refurbished, it looks great. I am so pleased that I have found such a good and understanding dentist, Karen is a quiet person who gets on with the job and completely puts you at ease.
