I find Dianne very sociable. I only say that because going to the dentist/hygienist is not my favourite past time but going there and knowing thats its not scary that the staff are pleasant and remember you - it makes a difference.

Had an appointment to collect my new teeth. Was seen on time. Karen was very helpful, in as much, whilst they fitted were not sitting correctly. Karen adjusted the gums for me, to feel more comfortable. Have got another appointment booked to check on fitting. Very professional.

Distinctly Dental is distinctly the best
Not only is the service top quality, but I'm impressed that they are also focused on keeping up with the latest developments - and also take their services free to the Third World. The practice is run in a highly efficient way, too. They're also very careful not to cause pain or panic, and are lovely people to deal with. This practice is quite a long way from where I live, but now I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always very professional and value for money. Very good at managing time so that you do not have to wait long. And when your are in the chair, there is no urgency, but instead time is taken to ensure that your teeth get the best treatment. As usual an excellent visit from start to finish, was given very real expectations of the time and treatment. Totally amazed at the technology involved in producing my crown! Another six monthly check-up. Suffering all my usual fears about the visit. Very pleased not to be kept waiting; friendly greeting from the receptionist Karen as usual put me at my ease and made positive suggestions as I struggled to cope with having my teeth cleaned. Karen also showed me a toothbrush that cleaned 3 sides at once having told me the price before demonstrating it. The new toothbrush takes a bit of getting used to but makes it much easier to clean my back teeth.
