I’ve been a patient of Karens for years, and years, I have always felt cared for, and received painless treatment throughout. I am impressed that things like crowns are computer profiled and cut whilst you wait, no waiting until the lab technician returns them etc.
Karen is particular in all she does and is a firm believer in preventative care, even though some of us are not exactly caring for our own teeth enough.
I also have had an enamel veneer for cosmetic improvement which is something that a lot of dentists don’t like doing but Karen wants her patients to have good looking, healthy teeth, so she also has two hygienists who I can also recommend as excellent.
Overall Karen has always picked excellent support staff and done what a Dentist should, with great pride. Well done Karen and the team.

The waiting area is relaxing, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. The local anesthetic wand is much better than the syringe kind. It's all less intimidating than going to the dentist used to be. I like being able to see what's going on, on the screen - and having things explained to me. The dental nurses are very kind.

Fitting of crown and follow up work.
The wording in Distinctly Dental publications "We cater for Cowards" is very true. Dr Andrews and all her staff go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and more able to cope with any work being done. I would definitely not go anywhere else. Everyone at the surgery is very helpful and friendly.
