Supported me through the whole process

I just wanted to let you all know how much I have appreciated all your excellent work during the complex process needed to ensure I had the chance to have the dental implants that I really wanted successfully completed!
At first I did not realise the complexities that would be involved in making this aim possible but you and your colleagues supported me through the whole process and managed to overcome any difficulties encountered (and I now realise how tough these were) so that we were eventually able to reach such a successful conclusion.
The help of your team in coping with my own problems, mainly due to health, was a further key part of the support you were able to give - without that too we would not have reached such a good outcome.
So many, many thanks to you all - and in the nicest possible way, I trust I will see far less of you in the future.

Treatment is second to none

As normal all the staff were polite and friendly. I like the new waiting area.

Crowns and more...

I'm just sorry I didn't change dentists to years ago but hey ho! Being able to have crowns made in a session (albeit very long) is fantastic and Karen makes the right decisions re colour matching which is a joy and cuts down the stress. The staff are friendly and make you feel quite comfortable which is also an important factor in dental practice choice.

Replacement of weak split retainers.

After having a successful cerec replacement the new tooth affected the fit of my upper retainer, the first impression had something go wrong at the lab so had another appointment and impression made.The thin plastic retainer was cut back by the dentist because maybe the edge stuck out, now the edge is on the tooth not the gum and not easy to remove on that side and the other side was a comfortable tight fit which split after a few months.I paid £70 for this upper retainer that will soon be in 2 pieces,I appreciate the high standard of dental treatment I receive but the retainers will undo the money,time and treatment invested.

Great Dental Surgery

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 20 years . The first time I went I was a scared nervous coward after having a bad experience elsewhere. They reassured me & helped me over come my fears and I am a happy patient who attends every six months even though I am no longer local. I cannot speak highly enough of Karen & her staff they are always smiling & welcoming and Karen keeps up with all of the latest technology and techniques.
