Karen really knows her patients

I have been with Karen at Village Dental Care for 20 plus years. She gets to know how to make you feel relaxed and stress free. I now do 180 mile round trip to come here, cannot get a better recommendation than that.

Always explains

Karen always explains and shows on screen what is wrong and says what she is going to do to put things right. I can always get to see her in an emergency ie tooth pain.

When I first came here to Village Dental Care I was terrified, Karen and the team made me feel comfortable, encouraged me to say what I was thinking and feeling. The result is I have a wonderful new set of teeth and I find myself smiling all the time and I feel much more confident.

They helped me to overcome my fears

Having had a bad experience 17 years ago it took a lot of encouragement just to get through the door. Karen and her team at Village Dental Care have been great, stopping when I needed to and making a convert of me to seeing a dentist regularly.
