Must say the most caring, understanding staff from dentist to receptionist, could not wish for a better service.

Previously registered at an NHS Dentist where the treatment can best be described as brutal and uncaring, I decided not to go back there and register at Distinctly Dental instead, lured by 'we cater for cowards' - that's me!

Having made my appointment suffering with terrible toothache and sore gums, I was seen by Denisa who talked to me about my fears, perceived dental problems, and what I was looking for in terms of going forward.

A thorough and gentle examination was carried out and it was established that my molar could not be saved and it could be removed there and then or I could come back. Being a coward I decided to have it removed there and then rather than have too much time to think about it.

A big fear for me is having injections in my mouth from previous experience. I need not have worried because I only felt a pin prick from the first injection and then barely felt the others. The tooth was out in no time and walked out of there on cloud 9! I have never walked out of a dental appointment in the past not worrying about how I'd get through the next one and can honestly say I have no fear of going back, because whatever needs doing, they'll make sure it doesn't hurt and I'm at ease. I wish I gone here years ago.

My second dental check-up, as part of my plan, this year. Good appointment time slot, timely reminder, efficient dental x-ray followed by dental inspection, all went smoothly. It really pays to have the dental plan for peace of mind.

My fear of dentist is very real Karen and the team make me feel very at ease and I can honestly say after the injection it is pain free .Karen's injections are 98% pay free and she is a very gentle dentist. After care is then if needed with a very friendly receptionist . This procedure I was aware due to hardly any tooth could have been a very hard extraction , Karen was so confident in her work and had it out in no time (all pain free) . How I wish I new of this dentist many years ago .

Great care and friendly service and she has a lot of patience and I was made to feel very relaxed.

I needed urgent medical treatment because I accidental broke a crown on a front tooth. I live 20 miles away from the dentist. It was 4pm.
I rang the dentist right away. She would see me now! Amazing. I dashed over there and she repaired my tooth.
Sadly the crown needs replacing but it will be done in 2 weeks!

Well, where do I start? Absolutely outstanding experience. Very professional and kind-hearted ladies. I filled in an online enquiry at 4 am this morning and they went above and beyond to get me in for an emergency extraction of one very angry tooth by 12:30 pm. I can only say that contractions are easier to deal with than the pain I was feeling. I was told by my dentist that the closest they could get me in was September 15th, so yes I did have to pay more than I originally would have had to but I was treated like I was family and they talked me through it all as I was an anxious wreck! The receptionist is an absolute credit to them she was so understanding and went above and beyond for me. Bonus, I got to be their 1st patient in their brand-new room. Thank you again to you all so much, I am sure I will be back at some point in the future.

As always, the service from the whole team is exceptional and I am grateful for all the knowledge I have gained to better look after my teeth.

Had a broken filling removed and replaced with a cap, needing a long appointment. I had my appointment with Dr Denisa Cooper. I really dislike dentistry, but these ladies easy the process with their professional, great attention to detail, friendly, and compassionate work. I would strongly recommend their dental practice.

You always get a professional, warm and friendly welcome from everyone at Distinctly Dental. Karen is an excellent dentist who leads her team to deliver the best care to their patients. The reception is more boutique hotel than dental surgery and treatment rooms are sleek and equipped with the latest tech to enable outstanding clinical practice. The team's mission is to treat patients as they would family and that perfectly sums up my experience at Distinctly Dental.

My first dental hygienist appointment in several years. A very anxious patient with phobias and sensory issues. Everyone was so kind, gentle and understanding - explaining everything and going at the patient's pace. There was no judgement over the neglect to the teeth and gums just care, concern and advice. An exceptional service.

The appointment was on time. All staff were professional and friendly and were able to make you feel relaxed.

As always a lovely experience had from the great team at Distinctly Dental, from walking into the reception area to having the treatment, always a friendly welcome. Even had time to show me around the new treatment room that has been under construction.
