Hygienist appointment

As a nervous patient Dee has worked with me to make me feel more comfortable with hygienist appointments. I have usually avoided in the past. Today I was comfortable without headphones and felt a sense of achievement. All down to the patient and gentle nature of the staff.

Thorough, careful and supportive

Jaydee is thorough, careful and supportive - in the past I have felt some of the oral hygiene appointments I have received have seemed rushed or hurried but not with Jaydee. She also gives me good, practical advice on how to improve matters.
