I telephoned for an emergency appointment today and within hours I was being treated in a friendly and professional manner by Simon and his assistant. Photographic evidence and an X-ray showed the problem and I was given two options for treatment.

I had a tooth removed and the whole process was dealt with very professionally but in a friendly manner. I was confident that they had my interests at heart and the advice received on how to take care of my mouth following the extraction was very valuable.

Simon kept me informed as to what was happening and why. The conditions of my teeth and any treatment needed now and going forward, in a polite, informative and friendly anger.

My implant treatment with Jim for a front tooth is now complete and I’m delighted with the results. My other front tooth is a crown that was done many years ago and, in my case, getting an exact match with the new implant proved difficult. Jim rejected, without hesitation, the first two implants supplied by the laboratory, because I wasn’t 100% happy and he knew a better match was possible. Unfortunately, the process became a long and frustrating one for us both and quite a stressful one for myself as I had to endure the slight discomfort each time of having the temporary implant removed and the new one put in place, before we could assess the match. Jim could not have been more apologetic for my inconvenience and went above and beyond to show how much he cares about his patients. He even bought me flowers! It’s not every day you leave the dentist’s with a beautiful bouquet. We were both in a celebratory mood when the third, and final, implant was a perfect match. I would highly recommend Jim for his skills, his extremely high standards, his professionalism and his empathy.

The dentist explained things clearly and was very understanding and considerate throughout the treatment, allowing me breaks or responding to my needs. That was very reassuring.
